Yes! We love seeing returning employer partners. If you’ve worked with us before, you can absolutely do it again. Many of our past partners have chosen to hire new participants, and we look forward to supporting you again in the future! There is no need to reapply although send us an email letting us know of your interest, we will also reach out to you if we have a prospective candidate available.
Employers have two options: submit your claim to receive monthly reimbursement after wages are paid to the participant or we'll pay the participant directly on your behalf. This flexible support helps businesses access the program with minimal financial risk.
Absolutely, it is possible to hire an employee early. Please note that by the 25th week, its expected that employers are transitioning participants to permanent roles so they may continue to contribute to the organization’s success.
